Baltimore Ravens End 21-Year Aramark Partnership, Select Levy as New Food Provider

March 21, 2024

The Baltimore Ravens have ended their 21-year relationship with Aramark, announcing Levy as the new food and beverage hospitality partner at M&T Bank Stadium beginning with the 2024 season.

Why the Switch?

The decision came as the team prepared for extensive stadium upgrades. A renovation project boosted by $430 million in state funding will deliver new bathrooms, expanded concourses, additional suites, and three plazas with bars, restaurants, and shops. The Ravens terminated Aramark’s contract four years early to find a partner that could elevate service levels during this transformation.

Why Levy?

According to the Ravens, Levy was willing to make a significant investment into the stadium. In the NFL Voice of the Fan survey for food and beverage, Levy operates the top two buildings: Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Allegiant Stadium. The team also cited Levy’s creativity and incorporation of local partners as deciding factors.

Levy already runs food operations at nearby Oriole Park at Camden Yards and recently secured a 10-year contract for the Baltimore Convention Center.

What This Means for Workers

Stadium hospitality workers at M&T Bank Stadium can expect new opportunities under the Levy banner. Those interested in positions should watch for hiring announcements as the new partnership rolls out enhanced food and beverage experiences across the venue.
