Las Vegas Raiders Replace Levy with Oak View Group at Allegiant Stadium

February 24, 2025

Oak View Group is taking over food and beverage operations at Allegiant Stadium, replacing Levy Restaurants effective April 1, 2025. The switch comes after Levy had managed the $2 billion stadium’s hospitality since it opened in 2020.

Why the Change?

The departure stems from Raiders owner Mark Davis selling a minority stake of the team to Egon Durban, co-CEO of Silver Lake private equity firm. Silver Lake has a substantial investment in Oak View Group, making it a natural fit for the concession contract.

Levy acknowledged the situation in a statement: “While we’re incredibly proud of our work at Allegiant Stadium, and our strong reputation as the leaders in the industry, the common ownership interest of both the Raiders and OVG was impossible to overcome.”

Worker Transition

Initially, more than 1,000 employees faced layoffs according to WARN notices. However, Oak View Group retained 95% of the food and beverage employees at Allegiant Stadium. Some workers chose to stay with Levy, which operates at multiple other Southern Nevada venues. OVG also hired an additional 200 people as it began operations.

Major Events Ahead

Allegiant Stadium has major events on the horizon: WWE WrestleMania in April, the College Football Playoff championship in 2027, NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2028, and potentially another Super Bowl in 2029. These events create significant staffing opportunities.

Looking for Work?

Job seekers interested in Allegiant Stadium positions should apply through Oak View Group. The company has demonstrated commitment to retaining experienced hospitality workers while expanding its workforce.
