At a stadium, it is all about the food. Tens of thousands of fans are counting on you to deliver. As a Line Cook at Raymond James Stadium, you must have a strong passion for flawlessly executing recipes and nailing plate presentation — whether you’re working a concession kitchen or a premium club dining room. Speed matters, but so does consistency. Every plate that leaves the line should look and taste the same whether it’s the first order of the night or the last.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portioning guides, and presentation standards
  • Work your assigned station — grill, sauté, fry, or prep — and keep it organized under pressure
  • Ensure every dish meets quality and consistency standards before it hits the pass
  • Monitor food temperatures, cooking times, and holding procedures
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation throughout the shift
  • Restock station supplies during and between service periods
  • Communicate with the rest of the kitchen team to keep tickets moving
  • Follow all food safety, allergen, and sanitation protocols
  • Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory as needed

What we’re looking for

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred — high-volume or stadium experience is a plus
  • Strong passion for food and attention to detail on every plate
  • Able to work on your feet for full shifts (6–10 hours) in a hot, fast-paced kitchen
  • Comfortable working with knives, open flames, fryers, and standard kitchen equipment
  • Team player who communicates clearly and stays calm when the rush hits
  • Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required
  • Must pass a background check
