As a Server at Raymond James Stadium, you’ll deliver friendly, attentive service that makes every guest feel like a VIP — whether it’s a regular-season Sunday or a sold-out concert night. You’ll work premium dining areas and suites, build guest loyalty, and keep the experience running smoothly from first pour to last call.

What you’ll do
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a friendly, knowledgeable approach
- Guide guests through the menu — know the dishes, the drinks, and what to recommend
- Monitor tables and anticipate needs before guests have to ask
- Handle payments, close out tabs accurately, and manage multiple tables at once
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, correct orders
- Maintain clean, organized service areas before, during, and after events
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
What we’re looking for
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred — stadium or high-volume experience is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with all kinds of guests
- Able to stay on your feet for full shifts (6–8 hours) in a fast-paced environment
- Cool under pressure when the stadium is packed and orders are flying
- Team player who communicates well with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff
- Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
