The Seattle Seahawks announced that their in-house food and beverage company, First & Goal Hospitality, has partnered with Levy Restaurants to manage day-to-day operations at what is now Lumen Field, plus the Event Center and WAMU Theater.
Hybrid Model
First & Goal Hospitality remains the public banner for hospitality during Seahawks games, Sounders matches, concerts, and other events. Levy handles operational management, systems, and industry best practices behind that brand. Team members continue under the First & Goal identity while employed through the Levy partnership.
The structure is different from a clean concessionaire swap. Seattle kept its local hospitality brand — launched in 2017 — and plugged in Levy’s scale for execution, purchasing, and multi-venue support.
Why the Timing
The partnership was framed around operational enhancements and health-and-safety priorities during the COVID-19 restart of live events. For workers, it meant continuity of the First & Goal guest-experience playbook with a larger operator’s infrastructure underneath.
What Fans See Today
Years later, the model still defines Lumen Field dining. First & Goal Hospitality, operated by Levy, runs programs such as Home Taste Advantage with dozens of Seattle restaurant partners, Amazon Just Walk Out markets, and Levy-managed suite catering.
Job Opportunities
Hospitality applicants in the Seattle stadium district should look for First & Goal / Levy roles tied to Lumen Field, the Event Center, and WAMU Theater. Premium catering, concessions leads, culinary, and club positions typically post under that combined operator structure.
