Contact StadiumGigs

We’d love to hear from you. Whether you’ve spotted an error on a stadium page, you work at a venue and want to share a tip, you’re a hospitality operator who would like to be profiled correctly, or you’re a fellow writer with a guest-post pitch — please get in touch.

Email us

The fastest way to reach the editor is by email:

stadiumgigs@gmail.com

We read every message and try to respond within a few business days. If your message is time-sensitive (for example, a factual correction on a published article), please include the word “correction” in the subject line and we’ll prioritize it.

What to include

Sending a clear message helps us help you faster. Where relevant, please include:

  • A specific URL if you’re writing about a particular page.
  • What you’d like fixed, added, or clarified.
  • A source if you’re correcting a fact (a link to the venue, operator, or news story is ideal).
  • A way to credit you if you’d like attribution for a tip or correction. We’re equally happy to keep tips anonymous.

What we cover (and don’t)

To save everyone time, here is what tends to get a fast reply:

  • Factual corrections on a stadium, city, company, or insights page.
  • Updates about a venue’s hospitality operator changing.
  • Information about new stadium events, renovations, or naming-rights deals.
  • Guest-post pitches that fit our editorial focus on U.S. stadium employment.
  • Press inquiries about the site itself.

What we generally can’t help with:

  • Applying for a stadium job. We’re an editorial site, not a recruiter or staffing agency. The right place to apply is the official career page of the stadium’s hospitality operator. Our Employers page lists the major operators with direct links.
  • Forwarding résumés to teams or operators. We don’t have a hiring relationship with any team, league, or hospitality company.
  • Removing third-party advertising. Ads on the site are delivered by Google AdSense; advertiser content is outside our control. See our Terms of Use for details.

Tips and source confidentiality

If you work at a stadium and want to share insight about how a venue is run, hiring practices, or working conditions, we welcome tips. We treat tips as confidential by default and never publish a source’s name without explicit permission. If you’d like to communicate over an encrypted channel, mention that in your first email and we’ll work out the details.

Newsletter

If you’d rather just stay in the loop without sending us anything, the StadiumGigs newsletter ships short, focused updates about stadium operators, new events, and major hiring stories. You can subscribe from the form at the bottom of any page on the site.

Privacy

Messages you send us are used only to respond to your inquiry and are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

Thanks for taking the time to write to us.
