Terms of Use

Last updated: May 12, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stadiumgigs.com (the “Site”), operated from the United States by the independent publisher of StadiumGigs (“StadiumGigs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What StadiumGigs is

StadiumGigs is an independent editorial resource about working at major stadiums and arenas across the United States. We publish:

  • Venue profiles for stadiums and arenas.
  • City guides for stadium-employment markets.
  • Background information on the hospitality companies that operate at major venues.
  • News, analysis, and long-form insights on the stadium-hospitality industry.
  • Role guides describing common stadium positions (guest services, concessions, security support, premium hospitality, culinary, and others).

The Site is informational. We do not directly hire workers. We are not a staffing agency, an employer of record, a recruiter, or a representative of any stadium, team, league, or hospitality operator named on the Site, unless an article explicitly states otherwise.

2. No employment relationship

Job-related pages on the Site describe roles, responsibilities, and typical conditions for stadium employment. They are educational. Reading a role guide on StadiumGigs:

  • Does not create an application, an offer, or an employment relationship.
  • Does not guarantee that the described role is currently open at any specific venue.
  • Does not bind any stadium, team, or hospitality operator.

To apply for an actual position, you must do so through the official channels of the employer (typically the venue’s hospitality operator, such as Aramark, Levy, Legends Hospitality, Oak View Group, Sodexo Live, or the team itself). We may link to those channels for your convenience.

3. Accuracy and editorial process

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, drawing on public reporting, official venue and operator websites, and primary research. Even so:

  • Stadium operators, capacities, naming rights, event schedules, and hospitality contracts change frequently.
  • Pay ranges, benefits, and hiring practices vary by employer, season, and local market.
  • We may not catch every change immediately.

You should treat information on the Site as a starting point, not as official confirmation. Always verify critical facts (especially employment terms, addresses, and event dates) with the relevant employer or venue before making decisions based on them.

If you spot an error, please contact us so we can correct it.

4. Third-party trademarks and content

Stadium names, team names, league names, and hospitality-operator names are trademarks of their respective owners. StadiumGigs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations. We reference them strictly for editorial and identification purposes (nominative fair use).

The Site also displays:

  • Map tiles from OpenStreetMap, used under the OpenStreetMap license.
  • Advertisements served by Google AdSense, the content of which we do not control.
  • Newsletter sign-up forms provided by Beehiiv.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the original written content on the Site (articles, guides, descriptions, and editorial commentary) is © StadiumGigs and is provided for your personal, non-commercial reading.

You may:

  • Quote brief passages with attribution and a link back to the source page.
  • Share links to our pages freely.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Republish, mirror, or scrape substantial portions of the Site.
  • Use our content to train machine-learning models without an appropriate license.
  • Use the StadiumGigs name or logo in a way that implies endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the Site’s normal operation (e.g., scraping at a rate that degrades performance).
  • Use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through any form.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including venue sites, operator career pages, and news sources. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk.

8. Advertising disclosure

Some pages on the Site display advertising delivered by Google AdSense. We do not select or endorse the specific advertisers shown. The presence of an ad does not imply endorsement of the advertiser by StadiumGigs.

We may, in the future, publish sponsored content or affiliate links. Any such content will be clearly disclosed as sponsored or affiliated at the top of the article.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StadiumGigs and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — including, without limitation, decisions made or actions taken in reliance on information published on the Site (such as applying for, accepting, or declining stadium employment).

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (typically zero, since the Site is free) or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how Google AdSense and our other service providers process information.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the U.S. state in which the Site’s operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that are not resolved amicably will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you a different forum.
