Titans Select Sodexo Live! for New Nashville Stadium Hospitality

March 07, 2024

The Tennessee Titans have selected Sodexo Live! as the exclusive food and beverage partner for the franchise’s new enclosed stadium in Nashville, expected to open in 2027. The deal replaces the two providers currently operating at Nissan StadiumLegends and Levy Restaurants — once the new building comes online.

Competitive RFP

The Titans ran a contested request for proposals that drew aggressive bids from the industry’s main players, including Sodexo Live!, Oak View Group, Delaware North, Aramark, and the incumbents Legends and Levy. Interviews took place in early 2024 after proposals were due in January.

Sodexo Live! already has a strong Nashville footprint and will become the sole strategic hospitality partner at the new venue, covering general concessions and premium dining under one operator.

What Happens at Current Nissan Stadium

Legends and Levy remain in place at the existing Nissan Stadium for the final seasons before the move. Legends has handled general concessions while Levy has run premium hospitality since the Titans split the account in 2017.

Workers currently employed under either banner should expect staffing to continue through the wind-down of the current stadium, with hiring for the new building ramping closer to the 2027 opening.

Why It Matters

The new stadium is designed as a year-round venue for Titans games, Tennessee State University football, concerts, and potential marquee events. A single hospitality operator from day one gives Sodexo Live! a clean slate to design kitchens, points of sale, and premium clubs around modern event volume.

Sodexo Live! already operates NFL accounts including Caesars Superdome, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Hard Rock Stadium, making Nashville its latest major league expansion.

Looking for Work?

Job seekers interested in Titans-market hospitality roles should watch both the current Nissan Stadium operators and future Sodexo Live! hiring for the new building as construction advances.
