Bank of America Stadium opened in 1996 as Ericsson Stadium and has carried Bank of America naming rights since 2004. Located at 800 South Mint Street, the stadium sits on the western edge of uptown Charlotte within walking distance of the city’s business district and light-rail stops. Designed by HOK Sport (now Populous), it has undergone multiple renovations to expand clubs, concourses, and premium hospitality.
