Overview
Ford Field opened in 2002 as the Lions moved from the Pontiac Silverdome back into Detroit. Ford Motor Company holds naming rights. Located at 2000 Brush Street next to Comerica Park, the stadium incorporates the historic Hudson’s warehouse into a modern indoor bowl. Designed by Rossetti Architects with Hamilton Anderson Associates, it anchors Detroit’s downtown sports and entertainment district.
