Event Security Officer at MetLife Stadium | East Rutherford

We are hiring Event Security Officers for MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford. This is a large-scale crowd-management role at a building that can hold more than 80,000 guests, with a calendar that includes Giants games, Jets games, concerts, soccer, and major international events.

Most assignments are practical and repetitive: check credentials, monitor a post, communicate clearly, and escalate issues when necessary. The work rewards alertness and patience more than confrontation.

Common assignments

• Entry screening, bag checks, magnetometer support, or queue monitoring.
• Checking credentials at staff, media, suite, or restricted entrances.
• Watching assigned seating sections, aisles, stairwells, elevators, or concourses.
• Reporting medical issues, intoxication, prohibited items, fights, or unsafe crowd behavior.
• Supporting weather, evacuation, delay, or incident procedures.
• Coordinating with supervisors, guest services, police, fire, and medical partners.
