Twenty dollars buys a known plate at only a handful of NFL stadiums, because only those venues publish enough prices to add up. Each combination below uses figures on an official page as of September 24, 2026. None of those pages says the price includes sales tax, so the register total can be higher. Prices also stop at the stand named with them. A hot dog from a value menu is not a promise about the barbecue stand next door.
The full eligibility and location rules are in NFL stadium value menus.
Combinations that add up
Raymond James Stadium: the $20 combo is the product
The Buccaneers sell a $20 gameday combo of two hot dogs, chips and a 24 oz Pepsi fountain soda at sections 307, 309, 334 and 339. That is the whole published bundle, not a reconstructed order. A $10 kids meal (hot dog, chips, Aquafina) is sold at those sections and at 110, 124, 136, 213 and 238. Two kids meals are also $20, with two waters instead of one 24 oz soda, but only if both are available at the stand you are in.
A Cuban and 24 oz Pepsi is $22 at section 132, so it does not fit. Most other dishes on the Buccaneers’ page have no public price, which is why this guide stops at the bundles.

GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium: four $5 items
At sections 215 and 238, the Chiefs’ 2026 value list is a hot dog, a pretzel, a beer and a 16 oz fountain soda, each $5. One of each is $20. The soda is also $5 at other stands; the food and the beer at $5 are tied to those two sections. Beer size is not published. Anything beyond those four items is priced in the Chiefs app, so it cannot be added honestly.

EverBank Stadium: four classics at $4.99
Fan First Favorites prices each of these at $4.99: hot dog, popcorn, pretzel, nachos, candy, 12 oz canned water, 12 oz select domestic beer. Four items are $19.96. A practical plate at a Stadium Classics stand is a hot dog, a pretzel, nachos and a water, or the same food with the beer instead of water. Delaware North lists those stands at 104, 115, 131 and 142, and in the Gallagher Clubs at 207 and 234. The price is for the 2026 season and for Jaguars ticket holders. Signature dishes such as the Red Zone Burger are not on this price list.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium: one ATL Fan Fare order
On the current ATL Fan Fare menu, a quinoa bowl ($10), a classic hot dog ($2), cheese nachos ($3) and a small domestic draft ($5) total $20. Those four lines are on the same menu page, at sections 105, 116, 205, 308, 322 and 342. Swap the beer for a second hot dog and the total is $17, with the large premium draft at $11 left off the order.
A $3 Capital Crust slice or a $2 popcorn at Miss D’s is a second stop, not part of this ATL Fan Fare total. Fountain drinks and pretzels are on the Fan Fare page without a confirmed dollar amount, so they are not in the $20 plate.

M&T Bank Stadium: a $15.96 plate, then a gap
At Kickoff Classics stands, published prices add up like this: Blackbird Chips $2.49, hot dog $3.49, BBQ chicken sandwich $4.99, 12 oz beer $4.99. That plate is $15.96. Two hot dogs, chips and the beer are $14.46. The Ravens say 11 items are under $5, but they do not print dollar amounts for the other seven. Filling the rest of a $20 bill with “something under $5” would be a guess. The eight stands are on all levels; the September 2, 2025 announcement does not number the sections.

Allegiant Stadium: House Deals stay under $12
The A–Z guide prices House Deals at $2.99 and names a hot dog, chips and cheese, a soda and Frito-Lay chips. One of each, if all four are the $2.99 items, is $11.96. The page does not print a portion size, and it does not price the rest of the menu. The money left from $20 cannot be turned into a second published dish. Buy the $2.99 items at the stands named with that price: Slice House 118, 140, 206, 230 and 308, Gridiron 246 and 325, Boomtown 312 and 338, and Popcorn 346.

Where the comparison stops
A $20 comparison needs at least a small set of prices that can be added. These situations fail that test:
- Member prices presented as everyone’s prices. Northwest Stadium advertises a season-ticket value menu under $10 and a $5 Bud Light that all fans can buy at select stands. The team page does not publish the 15 item prices, and a member discount is not a general-concourse menu.
- One number and nothing else. AT&T Stadium advertises a $5 beer at Miller Lite House. That does not say what food costs.
- A price outside the gates. Lucas Oil Stadium has published a $3 Bud Light in pregame Touchdown Town. It is not a concourse meal.
- Live menus without a stable list. SoFi Stadium, MetLife Stadium, Levi’s Stadium, Lincoln Financial Field, U.S. Bank Stadium and the other venues named in the value-menu guide describe food and locations. They do not give a public price list durable enough to add to $20. Use the official menu or app on the day.
If the goal is to avoid buying food inside at all, start with outside food and water rules. Those rules are not a substitute for a price.
