Inglewood is one of the most concentrated stadium-employment markets in the United States. In a roughly three-square-mile stretch of South Los Angeles County, the city now anchors a sports and entertainment cluster that includes SoFi Stadium, the YouTube Theater, Hollywood Park, the Kia Forum, and — opening in 2024 — the Intuit Dome, home to the LA Clippers. Together, these venues drive thousands of event-day shifts a year across guest services, food and beverage, security support, premium hospitality, housekeeping, and conversion crews.
This guide explains what stadium work actually looks like in Inglewood, who the major employers are, how to get to and around the venues, and which upcoming mega-events will sharply increase hiring through 2028.
SoFi Stadium is the centerpiece. It is the largest stadium in the NFL by total area (3.1 million sq ft), home to both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, and one of the most active concert venues on the West Coast. A regular NFL season alone brings 17 home games across the two teams, plus preseason and playoff dates. Concerts, college football neutral-site games, international soccer friendlies, and one-off events such as WrestleMania add another 30–50 event days a year.
Food, beverage, and premium hospitality at SoFi are run by Legends Hospitality. Legends operates the in-bowl concessions, the premium club levels, the suite-catering program, and in-seat delivery across the venue. If you’re looking at stadium work in Inglewood, Legends is by far the largest single hospitality employer at the address.
The 6,000-seat YouTube Theater sits inside SoFi Stadium’s footprint and hosts an aggressive concert and comedy calendar. It runs as its own event venue, so a typical week in Inglewood may include a Theater show on a weeknight and a stadium event on the weekend. Many event staff work across both venues.
Hollywood Park is the 298-acre mixed-use development that wraps around SoFi. It includes restaurants, retail, hotels, parks, and the new Intuit Dome. The hospitality businesses inside Hollywood Park hire independently of the stadium, but event-day demand spills outward — restaurants and bars near the stadium expand staffing on game days.
Within roughly a mile of SoFi sit the Kia Forum (concerts, family shows) and the Intuit Dome (NBA — LA Clippers, plus marquee concerts). These add NBA-season weeknights to Inglewood’s already-packed weekend stadium calendar. Hospitality at these venues is operated separately from SoFi, so applying at one operator does not automatically put you on another’s roster.
Most stadium hiring in Inglewood falls into a handful of categories. Our Inglewood role guides below cover the most common positions in detail:
In addition, the operators routinely hire bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks, runners, cashiers, conversion crew (turning the stadium between football, soccer, and concert configurations), and parking attendants. The volume varies dramatically by event: an NFL Sunday might need 2,500+ event staff across all functions; a mid-week corporate event might need a few hundred.
A common point of confusion: when you apply for a “SoFi Stadium” job, you are almost always applying to the venue’s hospitality operator, not to the Rams, the Chargers, or SoFi Stadium directly. At SoFi, that operator is Legends Hospitality.

When you see a posting that says “SoFi Stadium” but lists an operator’s name, the operator is the actual employer.
Inglewood traffic is famously heavy on event days. Stadium workers generally arrive 3–5 hours before doors open, which puts the typical Sunday call-time well before peak fan congestion — but you still need a transit plan.
Inglewood is heading into one of the busiest three-year stretches any U.S. stadium market has ever had. If you’re building a year of stadium income, this is a market with unusual visibility into demand:
Roles tied to mega-events usually open well in advance of the event itself — sometimes 6–12 months out — and rosters at the venue’s regular operator are the most reliable on-ramp.
The Inglewood calendar is unusually full year-round, but predictable peaks include:
If you can work nights, weekends, and holidays — and pass a background check — you can usually find consistent shifts across this calendar through one or two operators.
