We are hiring Premium Suite Hosts at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. Premium suite hosts work in one of the highest-touch parts of the venue. The role is not the same as a general usher or concession cashier.

At SoFi, premium hospitality is closely tied to the stadium’s suite, club, and catering program. A host may welcome guests, coordinate with runners and servers, watch a suite corridor, help reset spaces, or solve small problems before they become visible to the guest.

What the role usually involves

• Greeting suite holders, club guests, and invited visitors as they arrive.
• Checking credentials for suite, club, or premium-seat access.
• Coordinating food and beverage timing with catering, bar, and runner teams.
• Keeping premium spaces clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
• Communicating special requests, missing items, or guest concerns to a supervisor.
• Helping with post-event breakdown, lost items, and suite reset.

The pace can be uneven. Before the event, guests arrive quickly and expect immediate help. During play or the main performance, the work may shift to monitoring, restocking, and anticipating needs. Afterward, premium areas need to be reset while guests are still leaving.

Skills that transfer well

Restaurant, hotel, catering, private-event, club, airline lounge, or luxury retail experience can all translate. The common thread is professional hospitality: listening carefully, remembering details, staying discreet around high-profile guests, and keeping service smooth without drawing attention to the work behind it.
