Guest Services Associate (Game Day) at SoFi Stadium

We are hiring Guest Services Associates for game days and event nights at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. The work is less about watching the event and more about helping a very large crowd move through a complex venue without friction.

At SoFi, the job is shaped by the size of the Hollywood Park campus. Fans may be arriving from remote parking, shuttle stops, the YouTube Theater, or nearby restaurants, and many are seeing the stadium for the first time. What the shift usually involves

• Greeting guests at gates, concourses, elevators, clubs, or seating sections.
• Giving directions to seats, restrooms, first aid, accessibility services, merchandise, and food areas.
• Helping manage line flow before doors open, at halftime, and after the event.
• Escalating medical, safety, ticketing, or guest-behavior issues to supervisors.
• Supporting guests with mobility needs, language barriers, or first-time venue confusion.
